THE CENTRE NO LONGER HOLDS: As Sagas, Gossips, Witchunts, and Distractions push MUNG’ARO to redskin politics

The second episode is over! First was the removal of Martin Mwaro as the county secretary. The second is the impeachment of the Speaker of the County Assembly.
Now, the third is looming as the creators of the irreverent, long-running series in Kilifi’s political scene are not tired.
Despite public criticism and scrutiny, Kilifi County Governor is skewered and continues to line the walls of Kilifi Power with naked photos of his regime!
It’s the latest sign that Mung’aro has lost control of the narrative. Saga after saga, his regime’s rot had permeated deep into the worst kind of his leadership mess.
But his perennial attempt to mock other influntial figures in Kilifi Politics is boundary-pushing yet a comedic touchstone.
Caustic as he is, Mung’aro’s political stripe portrays a very insensitive and emotionally immature at ‘prima face’.
Prima facie evidence that he is misreading the priorities of Kilifi People who powered him into office through the 2022 ballot.
As Kilifi people are naturally seizing on his missteps, the real problem is the issue he is extending far beyond. It is animating division in his own regime with targeted frustration to those marked by his vague distrust.
For Mung’aro, the affair of ousting non-political confomers is now a cultural phenomenon rather than a political one. It’s a dangerous affair menacing the unity of Kilifi people and stifling devolution progress.
Amidst these vibrant chaos of politics (sparked by Mung’aro), a web of influence continues to redefine Kilifi Politics the wrong way.
At the heart of this intricate system carries a chosen few with progressive ideals..among them are 10 elected and nominated MCAs.

They are: Ganda MCA Oscar Wanje, Ganze MCA Karisa Ngirani, Malindi Town MCA Rashid Odhiambo, Kayafungo MCA Agnes Sidi, and Nominated MCAs Grace Mwangi, Elina Mapenzi, Joseph Munywoki, Betty Kache, Faith Kea and Mariam Mkubi
These are charismatic leaders who have proved to possess the ability to navigate through the complex world of Kilifi patronage politics.
Great leaders are not defined by their words but by the lasting impact of their deeds.
These leaders’ actions speak louder than mere words or fake promises.
With a legacy of integrity, innovation, and tireless service to the people of Kilifi at the County Assembly of Kilifi, they have proven that true leadership lies in results.
From voicing real issues affecting Kilifi people to standing firm before the legislative house, they remain a symbol of hope and transformation not in Ganda but Kilifi County in General.
Despite their fresh ideas and passion for their work, the ten patriots are now faced with unfair political tactics from distractors and opponents alike.
Some are busy spreading false rumours about their failure to attend 8 assembly sessions.
This is a pure attempt to distort their leadership agenda. Let them remain unshaken. The people are with them, and above all, God is with them.
Despite the challenges, they focus on change messages, values, and services to Kilifi people.
Let their authenticity and positivity continue to resonate with many in Kilifi community as Mung’aro’s job approval rating continue to slip.
According to several secret polls, the majority of Kilifi people are giving unfavourable opinions over his leadership and development performance.
His decline in support is fortified by his administration’s refusal to tackle key issues that are of great concern to the Kilifi population!
