In the heart of Ganze Central, a beacon of hope is rising — the rehabilitation of the Kwa Mugandha water pan.

This marks the beginning of a transformative journey, not just for one community, but for the entire Ganze region.

Known for its arid climate and minimal rainfall, Ganze faces a daily struggle for one of life’s most essential resources: water.

For years, families and livestock in Ganze have relied on seasonal water pans and unreliable piped water systems.

During dry spells, the situation worsens, forcing residents to walk long distances in search of water.

But on Friday 18, 2025, change begun. With the leadership of Arloste Ganze Foundation and the generous support of individual donors, the forgotten water pans of Ganze are being revived.

These pans, once dry and neglected, are now being expanded and rehabilitated to store more water and serve more people.
